US has its wonders and it is difficult to write down about all the places. Los Vegas, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Miami, Washington, Honolulu, Chicago and much more that has no end to it. So today I would like to talk about the places in Miami!

     Miami is in the South Florida with great weather and the warmth of the beach. Besides it has culture, sports, history and most importantly entertainment. From Havana to the museums filled with history, you will find a lot of options that can get you confused on what to do first.

Miami Beach

It is located on the barrier island which is connected to the main by bridges. The beach is main attraction with various types of sports. For visitors, the Art Deco Historic District with the pastel buildings from 1930s, South Beach and sporting classic neon signs from 1940s are the main things. Apart from that the area has several beachfront restaurants, hotels and shops. The famous street is Ocean Drive which is a part of road located in front of the ocean and you will get to see some art decorated buildings.

Art Deco Historic District

If you don’t like the beach at all then go for this place. It is popular for the styles of South Beach neighbourhood from the 1930s and 1940s. The buildings were painted with pastel colors and displays neon signs that represent the devastating hurricane of 1926. The lower level of the buildings gives shade for outdoor dining areas and Ocean Drive goes through the area. If you want to spend a night, then a few of the buildings still work as hotels with some good options like Delano South Beach or National Hotel Miami Beach or the Hotel Breakwater South Beach.

Everglades National Park

It protects the unique features of Florida. It covers 1.5 million acres are resident to crocodiles, alligators, snakes and many kind of birds. In the park there is visitor’s, walking trails and boardwalks and a shallow river flows to the ocean. A short-time way to visit the place is on a Miami Everglades Airboat Adventure with Transport. The half day tour takes you to the park directly from your hotel that includes a half an hour of airboat ride, a live alligator show at the Everglades Alligator Farm and then you will be dropped to your hotel.

Little Havana and Calle Ocho

It is known as the Cuban district of Miami which is attractive for the cultural scenes. Streets are decorated with restaurants, special shops and the Latin music will fill your ear. Calle Ocho is the main thoroughfare that goes through the district but Little Havana gradually spreads beyond the streets and avenues. You should come in the time of March to take part in the Calle Ocho Festival which is a celebration of Cuban Culture.
